The project
A Bethlehem homeowner was finishing a higher-end basement with help from a remodel contractor and plumber. The basement plan included a kitchen, a refrigerator, a sauna, smart lighting control, and a wall-mounted TV, so the electrical scope needed careful circuit planning instead of a basic lighting layout.
Energized Electric ran dedicated circuits for the kitchen countertop receptacles and refrigerator, provided a dedicated 240 volt line for the sauna, installed smart dimming for the basement lighting, and added a TV receptacle for a wall-mounted television.

What similar customers should know
Finished basements with kitchens, saunas, fireplaces, bars, bathrooms, or entertainment walls often need dedicated circuits and early layout planning. Electrical work should be coordinated before walls, ceilings, and cabinetry are complete.
